The role: As the Community Manager, you’ll play a central part in the launch and ongoing development of our new community platform, designed as a space to unite our audiences towards driving positive cultural change around mental health. You will oversee the management of this new platform, launching in Q3 of this year. The ideal candidate will drive engagement and retention across our diverse audience, which includes HR and People leaders, mental health champions, and advocates for positive cultural change in the workplace and the lives of employees.
Job requirements: You should apply if you are a grafter and willing to be in it with us, passionate about making a positive impact on mental health in the wider world, experienced in growing and engaging online communities, a creative thinker with a bias for action and learning by doing, outcomes-driven with strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and proactive in driving projects to completion. You’ll be successful if you have prior experience owning and growing an online community – D2C or B2B, experience in similar roles within startup environments (workplace wellbeing and mental health a bonus), excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
