- Role Summary:
- Process daily inbound and outbound payments using our bespoke systems.
- Identify and resolve non-standard payment activities and account behaviors.
- Conduct thorough daily process checks and authorize transactions.
- Collaborate with AML and Fraud teams to safeguard client funds.
- Role Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in insurance, financial services operations, or similar high-volume roles.
- Payment processing experience and familiarity with client money handling are advantageous.
- Dedication to outstanding customer service through a process-driven approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration capabilities, and at least intermediate Excel proficiency.

The role Are you hungry, energetic, and have an eye for detail? Our Payments Operations Team is looking for a Payments Operations Analyst to join the team.

The role You will be processing daily payments in our bespoke systems, both inbound and outbound. You will be identifying non-standard payments and account behaviour and finding short/long term solutions. You will be conducting daily checks on processes and performing authorisation of all transactions for virtual and real world money. You will be working closely with AML and Fraud teams to ensure client funds are protected.
Job requirements Previous administration experience - either in insurance, financial services operations or other high volume administrative roles may suit! Experience in payment processing and with client money responsibility is ideal, but not essential. You are committed to providing a great customer experience through process driven approach. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment. You enjoy connecting with people and demonstrate interpersonal skills - including teamwork! Intermediate Excel skills.
