  • Work on enhancing the customer acquisition journey, including landing pages, medical assessments, and checkout processes.

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, focusing on consumer mobile-first products.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to visualize complex systems and user interactions.

We are MANUAL, a promising start-up in the health & wellness space. We deliver healthcare at scale thanks to our comprehensive digital clinic. Our ambition is to extend the healthy years of lives for a large part of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond focusing on life-impeding conditions like hormonal imbalance, obesity and hair loss. We are centralising the diagnosis, custom medications, doctor specialist services, behavioural change and fully vertically integrated management of the treatment journey, under one roof and consumer brand.

The role entails working on our acquisition journey (landing pages, medical assessment and checkout experience), focusing on solving the key challenges our customers face as they navigate our offerings and decide on starting their treatment journey. You will be collaborating closely with product managers, stakeholders, marketers, clinicians and engineers in order to discover and understand customer needs, ideate on solutions and design experiences that help people decide on the right treatment plan for them.

Job requirements include 4+ years of product design experience with an emphasis on consumer-facing, mobile-first products. A strong portfolio of previously shipped delightful digital products. Strong UI design skills across mobile and web platforms. Experience in organising and facilitating qualitative user research, e.g. user interviews and usability testing. Problem solving ability by logically visualising complex systems, user interaction flows, and intuitive interfaces.
