As a Pod Point Technician, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Installing and maintaining our expansive domestic network of EV charge points.
- Engaging with customers to educate them about EV technology and our services.
- Effectively managing your stock, ensuring equipment is ordered and replenished as needed.
- Delivering high-quality installations that enhance customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you need:
- An NVQ Level 3 or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Proficiency with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- A Full UK driving License.
- Experience in installing EV chargers is desirable.
- Additional qualifications like C&G Inspection and Testing are advantageous.

As the leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions across the UK, we're searching for enthusiastic and organised EV Installers (Pod Point Technicians) to join our incredible Field Operations team.
The role entails installing and maintaining our domestic network of electric vehicle charge points within your region. You’ll be responsible for educating our customers about the world of EVs, managing stock levels, ordering, replenishing and returning equipment in a timely manner, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels from providing quality installs.
Job requirements include NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Full UK driving License, and ideally previous experience installing EV chargers. C&G Inspection and Testing would be a bonus!
