Volunteer Digital Marketing Media Officer

What will you be doing?

You will assist with media activities through digital media, designing different leaflets, creating videos using Canva and content for all our social media channels, and keeping our clients engaged.  Responsibilities

Manage and update all relevant social media channels with engaging and thought-provoking content. Create and distribute digitally produced flyers and other marketing materials related to Light Foundations’ programs and opportunities. Proofread and check any marketing materials produced by the organisation. Work as a team to solve any issues related to the marketing of our programs, projects, or other activities.

What are we looking for?

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

BSc/Ba in digital marketing or a related degree is not necessary. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong written, verbal, and, collaboration skills. Good knowledge and experience in social media marketing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and encouraging personality. Able to work independently with little supervision. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success. Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks. Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment. Keen attention to detail, creative individual with problem-solving qualities.
