What will you be doing?
We need help with our administrative tasks to keep our Community Interest Company focused on serving those facing challenging situations. We need support with: Monitoring incoming emails Making phone calls to manage community projects Writing and sending emails for project-related marketing campaigns Proof-reading Creating short workshops for a community support group You will be working closely with the CIC Director who will allocate tasks at agreed times. Familiarity with social media is also desired but not essential. The ideal candidate will:Have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Administrative experience Have good IT skills (including experience with Google Apps - docs, excel and gmail) Be empathetic towards different members of the community no matter their background or situation Be organised Be self-motivated Be open to being trained Have a creative mind Have a clean DBS that is not restricted with working with vulnerable adults and children
What are we looking for?
