Role Summary
- The role of the Global Data Analyst involves utilizing large datasets across different countries to improve decision-making across the organization.
- Develop and maintain organization-wide dashboards, ensuring their accuracy, sustainability, and usability.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or BI development.
- Robust knowledge in SQL; Python or R is preferred.
- Experience in creating automated data workflows and scalable dashboards using BI tools like Superset, Power BI, or Dataiku.
- A strong understanding of business processes and data modeling concepts.
- Fluency in English with advantageous knowledge of Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, and French.

The Role: As a Global Data Analyst, you will utilize large, diverse, cross-country datasets to build foundational data products that improve decision-making across the organization. You will focus on creating high-quality, self-service BI dashboards and reports that are trusted, scalable, and widely used. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining organization-wide dashboards, ensuring their accuracy and sustainability, and continuously improving their usability.
