Role Summary:

  • Lead strategic financial planning and reporting for the Uganda program.
  • Engage in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to influence decision-making.
  • Manage the financial aspects of Uganda-focused grants ensuring satisfactory compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Role Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in finance, consulting, or strategic advisory.
  • Full professional qualification in ACCA or CPA (U).
  • Experience managing multi-currency grants from major donors.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Google Sheets, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • This position offers a 2-year contract, which can be renewed to a permanent role based on performance.

Our approach typically boosts farmer income and assets by over 35%, permanently improving their resilience. Our team comprises over 9,000 full-time staff from diverse backgrounds.

The Role: You will lead strategic financial planning and reporting for our Uganda program. This role involves financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support decision-making. You will also manage the financial aspects of Uganda-focused grants, ensuring compliance and engaging with stakeholders.
