Role Summary:
- Lead strategic financial planning and reporting for the Uganda program.
- Engage in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to influence decision-making.
- Manage the financial aspects of Uganda-focused grants ensuring satisfactory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Role Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in finance, consulting, or strategic advisory.
- Full professional qualification in ACCA or CPA (U).
- Experience managing multi-currency grants from major donors.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Google Sheets, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
