The role entails overseeing and optimising our People processes, ways-of-working and employee-experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our People operations, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing the employee experience as they interact with our core People platforms, including Workday and our People Services desk.

Job requirements include experience in People/HR operations, HR Shared Services, HR generalism of HR program management. Customer-centric, always thinking about the ‘end-user’ and delivering top-quality service. Strong HR process management experience, able to create efficiencies and enable teams. Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to build trust with leadership and cross-functional partners (People Leadership team, Legal, Finance, Technology etc). Strong data and reporting literacy, with a strong focus on making data driven decisions and leveraging metrics to track activity and progress.
