The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a growing team of executives in our Claims Customer FNOL function. You will be responsible for ensuring we hit our ambitious KPI targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will also contribute to setting the team’s strategic goals and initiate changes that benefit our customers, teammates, and the company.
We are looking for someone with proven leadership skills who can work with leaders from across Marshmallow to strengthen and scale our Claims function in Budapest. You should be adaptable, excited by the prospect of moving fast, and able to build strong working relationships.
Job requirements include experience in leading a team and coaching those you manage to achieve their goals. You should have management experience in a commercial Customer Service environment or similar. You should be patient, calm under pressure, and enjoy problem-solving.
