Role Summary:Manage customer orders and ensure meticulous follow-up.Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery tracking.Coordinate with supply chain and sales teams to implement and destock orders, and manage internal samples.Handle the encoding of orders and management of the order reception mailbox.Organize promotional events and transport plans, especially during holiday seasons.Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Role Requirements:Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel; SAP and Esker knowledge preferred.Strong teamwork capabilities and positive energy.Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.A passion for nature and alignment with Ecotone's CARE values.

The role involves managing customer orders and ensuring their follow-up. You will be the preferred contact for customers for tracking and communicating breaks, delivery tracking, etc. You will also manage implementation orders in connection with the supply chain and field salespeople, as well as destocking orders and internal samples. You will be the relay of the back office team to encode orders and manage the order reception mailbox. You will coordinate promotional highlights and transport plans related to holidays and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
Job requirements include organization, rigor, priority management and good teamwork skills. You should be comfortable with computer tools, particularly Excel, ideally SAP and Esker. Recognized for your positive energy, you have excellent interpersonal skills.
