The Role Offering the highest quality customer service by phone and email, the Contact Centre Advisor team takes ownership of visitor queries and resolves any issues quickly and efficiently. We represent the first line of support for visitors at Young V&A and V&A South Kensington as well as our online shop customers, proactively dealing with comments and complaints, escalating to the management team when appropriate.
