- Act as the primary point of contact for visitor inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide exemplary customer service for Young V&A, V&A South Kensington, and the V&A online shop.
- Handle queries, comments, and complaints with efficiency and tact.
- Escalate complex issues to the management team as needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

The Role Offering the highest quality customer service by phone and email, the Contact Centre Advisor team takes ownership of visitor queries and resolves any issues quickly and efficiently. We represent the first line of support for visitors at Young V&A and V&A South Kensington as well as our online shop customers, proactively dealing with comments and complaints, escalating to the management team when appropriate.
