Contract: eCommerce Marketing Specialist & Workshop Facilitator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile eCommerce Marketing Specialist contractor with a passion for online learning and facilitation to join our team on a contract basis for 8 months. As part of TERN’s eCommerce Portfolio team, you will co-manage and co-deliver our new business incubation programme in partnership with eBay.

Your role will be pivotal in supporting refugee entrepreneurs as they navigate the digital landscape to scale their businesses.

This role could be a great fit for you if you:

💬 Love creating educational content and providing mentorship, especially in entrepreneurial contexts.

🛒 Have significant experience in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of platforms like eBay, Amazon, or Etsy.

📣 Are skilled in digital marketing and social media management, with a knack for creating compelling content that drives engagement.

💭 Understand and respect the diverse backgrounds of refugee entrepreneurs, and are committed to supporting their unique journeys.

💻 Are proficient in using digital tools for programme delivery and coordination
