As we scale, we are looking for an Events Management Intern to join the ever-buzzing Events Team over summer.

Role Summary

As we grow and scale, we’re looking for an Events Management Intern to join our fast-paced Events Team over the summer months to support on a number of our fantastic events!

The Role As an Events Management Intern, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative Events Team - working across a range of projects and responsibilities that will get you some fantastic exposure to a fast-paced events team! Specifically, you will be supporting our Events Managers with end-to-end management of our wide portfolio of annual events (including the virtual Bright Network Internship Experience UK in July and our flagship, hybrid events during our busy September season). You will assist with projects that include overseeing the event application process, organizing event logistics, helping curate our Student Leadership Boards, and pre-event community engagement in our online community groups on LinkedIn. Additionally, you will assist with post-event data analysis, organizing and giving creative input on the creation of promotional materials, event programmes, and conducting research for future events.

Job Requirements You can demonstrate a passion for project and/or event management through extra-curricular involvement or prior work experience. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can be especially charismatic when interacting with high-profile clients and Bright Network members at virtual and in-person events. You pride yourself on being a diligent and reliable team player with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You’re keen to learn and willing to get stuck in to a collaborative team, but also able to use your initiative and work independently within a fast-paced work environment.
