Forest is a one-of-a-kind shared ebike operator in London, dedicated to providing affordable and eco-friendly modes of transport. As our new Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll handle the entire sales cycle, including the identification and sealing of new opportunities, all the way through to nurturing and managing existing high-value partnerships. You will be integral to our Sales Department, working closely with the VP of Sales and taking charge of establishing new partnerships, supervising strategic opportunities, and leading crucial negotiations.
Candidates should have at least 4 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or media sales and be proficient in managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting prospects to closing deals and overseeing accounts. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to negotiate high-value commercial deals. Any leadership or mentoring experience would be an added advantage.

The role As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and closing new opportunities to managing and retaining high-value partners. This role is housed within the Sales Department and you will report directly to the VP of Sales. Your responsibilities will include generating new partnership opportunities, managing a pipeline of strategic opportunities, and leading negotiations with senior decision-makers. You will also be responsible for the onboarding, activation, and long-term growth of these partnerships.

Job requirements We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or media sales. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and account management. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate high-value commercial deals are essential. Leadership experience or the ability to mentor junior team members is also required.
