Role Summary
- Serve as the US Lead for Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, driving expansion across retail, clinics, and insurance.
- Fully own business development efforts across different channels with the aim to capitalize on our product portfolio.
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations across fertility, telehealth, and health systems.
- Build relationships with clinical, commercial, and executive stakeholders and lead partnership discussions from beginning to agreement and launch.
Role Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong network and credibility in fertility, telehealth, and/or health systems.
- High EQ, excellent communication skills, and solid commercial judgment.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated health environments.

The role: We are now seeking a dynamic US Lead, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to drive our expansion across retail, clinics, and insurance, and capitalise on our validated product portfolio. This would entail fully owning business development efforts across different channels. This is a senior, high-impact role for a partnerships leader who knows how to build relationships, structure complex deals, and translate partnerships into commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities include identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations across fertility, telehealth, and health systems. You will build senior-level relationships with clinical, commercial, and executive stakeholders and lead partnership discussions from first conversation through signed agreement and launch.
Job requirements: Required Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise partnerships. A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strong network and credibility in fertility, telehealth, and/or health systems are essential. High EQ, excellent communication skills, and strong commercial judgment are also required. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated health environments is necessary.
