The role: As a MEL Field Senior Coordinator based in Mbeya, you will be responsible for leading operations, ensuring timely and reliable surveys, supporting a Supervisor and officers, and eventually managing larger MEL surveys and data quality.
Job requirements: We are seeking an experienced MEL professional with 3–5+ years in field execution and people management. You should be ready to lead operations in Mbeya and support our mission of increasing farm productivity and resilience among smallholder farmers.
