The role entails cultivating our workplace culture. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement, boost morale, and celebrate achievements, ultimately contributing to increased productivity, community and sense of belonging. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with company values and goals, building and leading employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and milestones, establishing effective communication channels to capture employee feedback and insights, planning and coordinating engaging events and activities that promote team building, collaboration, and camaraderie, and developing and supervising key metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement and recognition initiatives.
Job requirements include experience working in employee engagement, recognition, or a similar role within the People space, a proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement and recognition programs, strong analytical skills and able to tell stories using data, excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels, and good project management skills with the ability to see programs through to completion.
