We're Pod Point and we’re on a mission to make electric vehicle ownership easy and affordable. As the UK's leading EV charging solution provider, we're now in an exciting position to be expanding into Europe.
The role entails recruiting, leading, and motivating the Telesales team to achieve outstanding sales outcomes, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews. You will be monitoring and managing team performance, implementing training programs and identifying coaching needs to enhance skills and capabilities. You will also be developing and executing telesales strategies to convert customers from partners, such as OEMs, Fleet Management, and Leasing Companies.
Job requirements include proven experience in outbound telesales management and team development, excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate remote teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration are also required.
