We are the Sportscape Group, an exciting organisation that fuels sporting adventure with affordable, great quality kit. We are looking for a curious and data-driven self-starter to join our newly formed Technical CRM team as a Graduate Data & Marketing Analyst.
The role entails working on personalisation algorithms, marketing automation and analysing large behavioural datasets. You will be responsible for projects targeting increased revenue and business growth through CRM operations. Key responsibilities include technical empowerment of our two fascia CRM teams, delivering insight into CRM operations, and driving improvements.
Job requirements include strong analytical and numeracy skills, a logical and methodical approach to your work, fluency in English with excellent written communication skills, and a highly self-motivated individual with an enthusiasm for work and a can-do attitude. Nice to have but not essential: Prior use of SQL, ideally with experience writing queries or other coding experience e.g. HTML, Python etc. A degree in a maths / science based subject, prior experience with MS excel, French or German language skills, other European language skills (Spanish, Swedish, Danish, Italian).
