  • Role Summary:
    • Optimize IT work and enhance the Service Management team.
    • Define, measure, and monitor IT KPIs.
    • Implement, model, and support ITIL processes.
    • Improve ITSM tools and support their development, improvement, and operations.
    • Work closely with the Service Manager and process owners.
    • Ensure customer data integrity and perform System Development Life Cycle activities.
    • Support Change and Problem Management.
    • Manage CMDB operations and generate reports using BI tools.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • ITIL 4 Foundation v4 certification is essential; ITIL 4 Specialist v4 is a plus.
    • Experience with Atlassian products, particularly Jira Service Management, is desirable.
    • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
    • Knowledge of IT Configuration and Asset Management.
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Minimum 1 year of Jira Service Management IT Operations experience.
    • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Job Description

As we are expanding our team and scope, we are looking for an IT enthusiast with experience in cloud technologies that would help us enhance our Service Management team. As a Service Management Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing IT work, defining, measuring, and monitoring KPIs for the IT team, implementing, modeling, and supporting ITIL processes, and improving our ITSM tools. This role works closely with the Service Manager and all process owners within the Service Management Team.
 

  • Assisting in developing standard IT configuration management methodology.

  • Support the development, improvement, and operations of the ITSM tools (Servicedesk, CMDB, Knowledge Base) in use at EcoVadis

  • Support various support teams in using our Service Management tool and processes

  • Work with the Service manager, to improve Customer data integrity regarding classes, naming conventions, attributes, data sources, and relationships

  • Perform System Development Life Cycle activities required to enhance the Jira Service Management platform

  • Support the team in the implementation of policies, processes, and knowledge base related to IT Service Management

  • Support the development, implementation, and operation of Change and Problem Management.

  • Support the various tasks related to CMDB operations like data integrity checks and normalization

  • Perform various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position

  • Work with KPIs and reports using BI tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related equivalent IT field preferred.

  • ITIL 4 Foundation v4 certification is a must

  • ITIL 4 Specialist  v4 certification is an advantage

  • Experience with Atlassian products would be an advantage

  • Fluency in English required (written and oral)

  • Knowledge of IT Configuration and Asset Management processes is an advantage

  • Understanding of Jira Service Management and Service Mapping tools

  • Familiar with the processes that consume CMDB data e.g. Incident, Problem, SDLC, Asset, and Change

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms

  • Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives

  • 1 year of Jira Service Management IT Operations experience

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem-solving skills

  • Polyvalent and multitasking
