The Role The Workforce Management (WFM) Manager will lead all aspects of the planning and implementation of workforce management strategies and tools to ensure efficient staffing levels, productivity, and cost efficiency. The WFM Manager will use analytical skills and workforce management software to forecast staffing needs, schedule colleagues, and monitor real-time performance metrics.

Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in workforce management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, NICE IEX, Aspect). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and balance multiple priorities. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce strategies. Preferred experience in the FinTech sector (not essential).
