Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, Masters preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in project management and research including data analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Willing to live in a rural area.
  • At least two years of professional work experience required.
  • Language proficiency in English, French and Kirundi is preferred.

The Role: As a Field Operations Associate, you will manage and improve large-scale field operations, lead farmer-facing teams, and drive program growth and innovation. This role involves operational management and innovation at scale. You will deliver services directly to farmers, manage projects, and collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to learn from large-scale operations and contribute to significant program improvements.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Administration, Management, Agriculture, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Experience in project management, research, or related fields, including data management and analysis. - Demonstrated leadership experience. - Willingness to live in a rural area. - At least two years of professional work experience. - Language requirements: English (required), French (strongly recommended), English and Kirundi are preferred.
