Role Summary:
- Ensure procurement team's professionalism and efficiency in at least three countries
- Lead strategic sourcing and deliver cost-effective goods and services
- Manage and develop procurement teams for optimum performance, compliance, and risk management
Role Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations
- Ability to manage teams, including those that are remote or distributed
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, a Master's degree is desirable
- Only citizens or permanent residents of specific African countries are eligible for this role

We operate in nine countries, serving 5.5 million farmers by providing quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, and modern agronomic training. Our Rwanda program, our largest, was established in 2007 and serves over 2.8 million farmers. We collaborate with the government to enhance food security and support agri-SMEs.
The role: As a Global Procurement Senior Associate, you will ensure that our procurement teams across three or more countries are capable, professional, and efficient. You will drive procurement execution excellence, deliver cost-effective goods and services, and lead strategic sourcing. You will manage and develop procurement teams, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and risk management.
Job requirements: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, and a strong foundation in these areas. Experience in managing teams, including remote or distributed teams, is crucial. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
