Volunteer Drupal Developer Specialist – Criminal Justice Hub

What will you be doing?

As our Drupal Specialist, you’ll collaborate with the wider team to translate their needs into robust technical outcomes. You’ll oversee and actively participate in Drupal development, conduct security reviews on our Azure, GitHub and networking environments, and guide us towards achieving Cyber Essentials. Your work will directly shape a transformative platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of functionality and protection.

What are we looking for?

Strong experience with Drupal, including custom module development, key contributed modules and core API Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Proven track record of working effectively within a team, as well as independently A passion for the open-source community and public sector development Strong verbal and written communication skills A willingness to commit to a regular volunteer schedule Familiarity with Azure cloud services, GitHub and networking concepts, with the ability to support security reviews
