About the team We have big goals over the next few years. We're going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before. Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

The role We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced individual, with a proven track record of generating and managing grant income from statutory and institutional sources. They will support Mind in delivering a significant element of its overall income generation by securing and growing national statutory grant funding, in line with business plan needs and in close collaboration with relevant staff. They will lead the national coordination and delivery of complex and high value institutional funding proposals from identification through to submission, in close collaboration with cross organisational teams, contributing to meeting our ambitious organisational restricted income targets.

Job requirements The post holder will lead on the preparation, development and co-ordination of high-quality applications for grants and other institutional funding opportunities to support the delivery of key services for Mind in line with agreed financial targets. They will manage key relationships with statutory and institutional partners, as well as coordinating cross-organisational responses to large / high value opportunities. They will take responsibility for managing and developing internal processes such as a grant management risk register.
