Role Summary:Lead research for the Local Energy Advice Demonstrator project, Future Fit Homes.Collaborate with partners to establish research questions and design action research methodology.Oversee data collection and analysis, facilitating research meetings.Engage with project teams and steering groups for quarterly reflections and biannual strategy adaptations.Represent the organisation at external events and conferences as needed.

Role Requirements:Position based at The Forum@Greenwich, with flexible home working options.Minimum office presence of one day per month required.Report to the Project Lead and Steering Group, with support from Selce CEO.Must be willing to travel to external events and conferences.Offer includes a pro-rata salary of £28,000 (0.8 FTE of £35,000).

The role - As a Research & Evaluation Coordinator, you will be the research lead for the Local Energy Advice Demonstrator project, Future Fit Homes. You will work collaboratively with partners to define research questions and develop an action research methodology. You will also contribute to data collection and analysis. You will coordinate quarterly action research meetings with the project team and steering group and facilitate quarterly reflection, and biannual implementation of adaptations. You will also represent Selce and Repowering London at external events and conferences as required.

Job requirements - You will be based at The Forum@Greenwich, Trafalgar Road, London, SE10 9EQ with provision for flexible work from home. You will be expected to work from the office base at least one day per month. You will report to the Project Lead and the Project Steering Group, with research support from Selce CEO.

Benefits - The role offers a salary of £35,000 pro rata (£28,000 @.8 FTE).
