What will you be doing?
Whilst our charity is small, we have big ambitions for growth. Our 3-year plan includes the development of online parent coaching platforms, Webinars and podcasts. We are also looking for an individual to bring ideas about how we might operate more effectively using tools such as AI in the long term.
What are we looking for?
This post will suit an individual with experience in the following areas: Office 365 Administration – We have around 30 volunteers, a therapeutic team of 10 and a small Trustee board, all of whom work remotely. Email can be the main form of communication for many of the team so whether that’s resolving individual problems, bringing on new volunteers or advising on individual areas such as Teams, you will be the initial point of contact. SharePoint: We utilise SharePoint for several of our processes including recruitment, managing our families onboarding and communicating with the organisation. Experience of process automation is important to us. WordPress or other Web Development – Our web site is built utilising WordPress. But wider website development and management skills would also be desired. Experience of SEO would also be desirable. Google Analytics4- to monitor web site performance. Leading a team - We have a small support team of volunteers in IT. You will be responsible for the development, motivation and work allocation. Data storage and security – We hold highly sensitive data so data security is a must, as is GDPR. IT development –Whilst our charity is small, we have big ambitions for growth. Information management - Providing the CEO and organisation leads with reports required to run the organisation.
