Role Summary:
- Drive the design and integration of youth and gender-focused social behavior change initiatives within One Acre Fund Rwanda's programs.
- Collaborate with teams to weave youth learning and programming into the broader organizational strategy.
- Implement and coordinate innovative interventions to better serve young farmers.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sociology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in youth-focused programming or system changes, particularly in smallholder agriculture.

About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips more than 4 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services.
The Role One Acre Fund Rwanda has an organizational priority to serve young farmers more effectively, by layering new youth-focused interventions on existing program channels. We seek a Youth & Gender Social Behavior Change Lead to help coordinate this work across our operation, helping to integrate youth learning and programming into One Acre Fund Rwanda’s program design and strategies.
Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Business or related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience working on design and implementation of youth-focused programming or system changes, in the context of smallholder agriculture.
