- Support the Rwanda recruitment team in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The Role The Rwanda Recruitment Intern position supports our Rwanda recruitment team in providing great candidate experience to job applicants in One Acre Fund. You will manage multiple roles that can include hundreds of candidates at any given time, each deserving a positive candidate experience. You will oversee candidate screening and selection process from application to hire. You will manage candidate database Using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
Job requirements Bachelor’s Degree. You can write in clear and impeccable English. You care deeply about providing great service to One Acre Fund job candidates and hiring managers. You have a project management track record. You sincerely enjoy working with people from lots of different backgrounds.
Benefits Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
