Role Summary:

  • Proactively build talent pools for our Nigeria program.
  • Improve hire quality and reduce hiring time.
  • Become a key business partner within the Recruitment team.


Role Requirements:

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with the Nigeria program.
  • Understand the program's hiring needs and integrate accordingly.
  • Participate in talent committees and leadership groups.
  • Network and attend strategic events to attract talent and manage internship and graduate programs.


Application Process Details:

  • Requires commitment to live in Minna for the first year, followed by relocation to Abuja.
  • Only open to citizens or permanent residents of Nigeria.

The Role: As the Nigeria Talent Acquisition Associate, you will proactively build talent pools to meet the hiring needs of our Nigeria program. Your main goals will be to enhance hire quality and reduce hiring time. You will be seen as a key business partner within the Recruitment team and crucial to the program's success.

Job Requirements: - Establish and maintain business partner relationships with the Nigeria program. - Understand and integrate into the program's hiring needs. - Participate in talent committees and leadership groups. - Engage in networking, attend strategic events, and connect with diaspora groups to attract talent. - Manage internship and graduate programs to convert interns to full-time staff, reducing external hiring needs.
