Volunteer Service Owner

What will you be doing?

As a Service Owner within the organisation you will be required to 

Manage and consult both internal and external stakeholders (clients) to define the service vision, strategy ensuring a smooth and efficient lifecycle. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats. Develop and manage the service backlog and prioritise features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. Leading procurement activity  Developing metrics and producing reports on performance and assets. Work closely in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure that requirements are understood, and to provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the development process. This includes capturing, documenting and communicating requirements. Business process mapping (e.g. flow charts etc) to help document and communicate key business processes. Support user acquisition and engagement through effective service positioning,     messaging, and feature development

Our Service Owner will work with the rest of the Delivery team as well as the administration team. The hours and days for this role are flexible.   

What are we looking for?

Experience  3 years prior experience in the profession is essential. Skills and competencies     

Proven track record of delivering successful services in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum for Trello. Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira
