We’re searching for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to support the development and success of our Cobrand Credit Card in the UK market, as well as managing a diverse portfolio of partners from across the Virgin Group and beyond.

Tell me more

  • Lead the day-to-day partner relationships and work closely with Virgin Money and Virgin Atlantic to support the development of the UK Cobrand Credit Card.
  • Support the creation of the strategy for a portfolio of partners, setting out the current and future clear direction for that portfolio.
  • Drive the delivery of your portfolio’s core KPIs, as well as the tracking and reporting of performance against targets.
  • Stakeholder management across a mix of Virgin group and third party companies, alongside driving the implementation of Virgin Red’s partner development strategy.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day contract management of your partners, complying and working within legal, financial, commercial processes. Support the appropriate recording, renewing and terminating of contract terms as required.
  • Lead day-to-day partner relationships with regards to service and operational matters, including tactical activity.

What you’ll need

  • Strong experience in partner management, working with high profile partners and leading strategic workstreams with those partners.
  • Experience of delivering partner activity, supporting plans, implementation initiatives and activities which drive day-to-day performance, with tangible results.
  • Experience negotiating partnership contracts.
  • Confidence with data, commercial reporting, and tracking performance to targets.
  • A proactive approach to tasks, and the ability to work on own initiatives as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with operational tools, such as Monday.com, Tableau etc. is desirable.
  • Experience with financial services partnerships is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Previous people management is desirable.

Location: London hub (approx. 1-2 days per week) & your home space
