The role entails attracting and identifying the best talent for our Engineering functions, specifically for our London, Paris, Tel Aviv & Estonia offices. Your role will involve sourcing and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience and establishing Checkout.com as an amazing company to work for.
Job requirements include extensive experience hiring Software Engineers (backend preferred) and or Data Engineers at organisations with a high technical bar. Experience working for or with start-ups and/or scale-ups within an engineering first organisation. Deep levels of stakeholder management and business partnership experience, with an ability to influence senior leaders. Able to use data as means to drive improvement across the business. Ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and manage multiple relationships.
