The role: As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the P&C Generalist Retail and the wider retail community across EMEA. Your contributions will enhance employee experience and operational efficiency through recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and data management tasks.
Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with an inclusive mindset, currently enrolled in university studies related to Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, or similar. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. Candidates should possess curiosity, analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organizational skills. A passion for the outdoors and environmental conservation is also important.
