The role: As the Retail Store Manager for our new store opening in Salzburg in 2026, you will be pivotal in establishing our presence in the area. This role involves leading the store's daily operations, driving commercial performance, and fostering a purpose-driven team culture. You will work closely with retail operations and management, hire sales associates, and engage with the local community to build strong connections.
Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with an inclusive mindset, 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing leadership role in retail management, and fluency in German and English. You should have a strong commercial acumen, excellent team management skills, and a good understanding of local labor laws.
