Sustainalytics is a leading company in the field of sustainability assessments and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research. We are committed to providing the highest quality data, research, and insights to our clients worldwide. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Product Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work of the digital products team and ensure that new and existing products meet high standards of usability and quality.
The Role: As a QA Engineer, you will create test plans and cases, perform User Acceptance testing, provide support for the Live environment, and develop expertise in our products and more specialized QA solutions and methodologies. You will be responsible for contributing to the creation of test plans and test cases, identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs, and actively contributing to the product strategy by providing innovative ideas. You will also hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members, execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with 2+ years of relevant QA technical experience. You should have knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA, as well as ensuring the technical translation of requirements into test plans. You should be a clear communicator (written and verbal) and have critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and one of the databases PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Mongo DB are required. Knowledge on Test Automation, with experience on Python, Selenium or JMeter is a plus.
