What will you be doing?

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a team of passionate volunteers, shape strategic marketing initiatives, and significantly contribute to a cause dedicated to alleviating loneliness among young people.   Key Responsibilities  

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing volunteers, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and aligned with the organisation's goals. Provide direction, set expectations, and foster a collaborative environment.

Strategic Planning: Devise and implement a comprehensive awareness strategy that aligns with the organisation’s mission and long-term objectives. Identify key opportunities, set measurable goals, and adjust plans as necessary to drive engagement and impact.

Content Direction: Oversee the creation of impactful and mission-driven campaign content across various platforms, ensuring that all content reflects the organisation’s voice, resonates with the target audience, and drives engagement.

Campaign Development: Lead the development and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are well-coordinated, impactful, and align with the broader organisation's objectives.

Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, including social media, email, and events.

Analytics and Insights: Regularly review and analyse marketing metrics to assess performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimise strategies for better outcomes.
