With over 9,000 full-time staff, we aim to improve farming resilience by providing farm supplies, credits, tree seedlings and modern agronomic training. Role Summary

  • Oversee the financial aspects of an annual $130 million grants portfolio
  • Manage all aspects of budgeting, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with finance and fundraising teams to ensure efficient grant management

Role Requirements

  • At least 8 years of finance and accounting experience, with relevant certifications
  • Previous experience in grants management within the development sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and advanced Excel skills

The role: As a Grants Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial aspects of our grants portfolio, which exceeds $130 million annually. You will be responsible for budgeting, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves working closely with finance and fundraising teams to ensure efficient grant management.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with relevant certifications. Experience in grants management within the development sector is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. You should be proficient with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and have advanced Excel skills.
