Role Summary:
- Work within a vibrant marketing team and report directly to the Co-founder.
- Collaborate closely with the brand and sales teams to align with commercial objectives.
- Specialize in PPC and drive new user growth through data-driven paid acquisition strategies.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience with PPC and performance marketing.
- Successful track record in digital marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in analytics and advertising platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Passion for the brand's mission and ability to interpret commercial data.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
- Curiosity for digital marketing trends and an adaptable, experimental mindset.
- Legal right to work in the UK and fluency in English.

The role As a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager, you will work within our dynamic marketing team, alongside our Brand Manager and report to our Co-founder, who is responsible for marketing. You will integrate with the brand and sales team, understand the commercial picture, as well as be a deep-dive PPC specialist. You will drive profitable new user growth and promote the amicable brand across our paid acquisition channels. All your decisions will be data-driven and in line with ROI and KPIs.
Job requirements Essential: Proven hands-on experience of PPC; Previous experience in a performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role; Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results; Proficiency in using analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and similar; Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvements. Experience with Excel, specifically: macros, charts and pivot tables; Ability to understand commercial implications of data alongside a genuine passion for the brand and the overall mission of the organisation; Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other performance optimisation techniques; Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on your own and as a part of a team; Planning and organisational skills and detail-orientation; Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines; Curiosity to keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising; Agility and curiosity to experiment, improve, go further, and ability to understand the start-up/scale-up mentality; Right to work in the UK; Fluency in English.
