Role Summary

Arts Council is the national development agency in England for Creativity and Culture. We invest public money from government and the National Lottery to make sure everyone’s creativity is given the chance to flourish and we all have access to a remarkable range of high quality cultural experiences.
The role: In this role as a Senior Relationship Manager in the North Area, you can expect to work collaboratively as part of the North Area Management Team to help shape, monitor and manage our grant investments across the North East, North West and Yorkshire and Humberside. You will lead, line manage and support a team of Relationship Managers working across a range of specialisms with artists, communities, arts organisations, museums, libraries.
Job requirements: You will have relevant experience in line management, enjoy partnership working and be passionate about the difference arts, culture, and creativity can make to people’s lives. You will also have relationship or stakeholder management experience, as well as an understanding of place-based working.
