  • Support day-to-day operations and manage charitable partnerships.
  • Oversee grant-making processes, ensuring compliance and effective administration.

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in administrative, grant-making, or compliance roles.

The role of Grants and Operations Associate is integral to our team. The successful candidate will support our day-to-day operations, help manage charitable partnerships, and oversee grant-making processes. This role is ideal for someone who excels at prioritizing and multitasking, with strong project management, communication, and administrative skills.

Key responsibilities include grant administration and compliance support, operational support, and information flow and collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with the Programs and Operations Manager to manage grants and maintain records throughout the grant lifetime. They will also provide day-to-day operational support for Choose Love, Inc., manage logistical event arrangements, and field ad hoc requests from the UK team and external stakeholders.

Job requirements include a minimum of two years of professional experience in administrative, grant-making, or compliance roles, fluency in English, and excellent writing, editing, grammar, and analytic skills. The candidate should be highly organized and structured, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and committed to Choose Love’s values and working to improve the lives of refugees and displaced people around the world.

Additional qualifications desired include proficiency in Spanish and experience in grant-making in international contexts (outside the US).
