Role Summary:
- Take charge of the sales funnel from initial outreach to qualification.
- Schedule meetings and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Identify prospective BeZero clients within targeted accounts alongside the AE team.
- Engage in hands-on learning with Senior Sales Leadership to build a robust sales career foundation.
- Generate new leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media platforms.
- Surpass monthly sales metrics and become a trusted advisor in the sustainability sector.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies.
Role Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with ClimaTech being a significant advantage.
- A proven track record of high performance against sales quotas.
- A relentless drive for excellence and a tenacious approach to sales.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex messages.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge across various scenarios.
- Strong analytical and listening skills with a positive can-do attitude.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
●Owning the sales funnel from initial outreach through qualification (you set the foundation for the sales engagement)
●Setting meetings and qualifying sales-ready opportunities for the Account Executive (AE) Team
●Working with AE Teams to identify the next wave of BeZero clients within target accounts
●Work with Senior Sales Leadership and the AE Team to learn the foundation for a successful sales career
●Discovering new leads through research, social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, X (formally Twitter), etc.
●Achieving, and exceeding, monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, etc.)
●Learning to become a trusted advisor to decision-makers in the sustainability space (Supply-Side and Buy-Side)
●Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to optimize our go-to-market strategy and tactics
Who You Are:
●You have 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience; ClimaTech is a big bonus
●You’re in the top 5% in terms of performance against quota and have the track record to back it up
●You’re a tenacious hunter who strives for excellence in everything you do
●You love to write and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways. Doing this in multiple languages is a plus
●You’re able to grasp new concepts quickly and apply them to a broad range of situations
●You have strong communication, analytical, and listening skills, with a positive approach
●You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, in-office environment
