Role Summary
- Lead strategic financial planning and report for program's growth
- Oversee management of financial analysis, budgeting and reporting
- Handle the financial aspects of Uganda-focused grants, including compliance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years' finance, consulting or strategic advisory experience
- Professional qualification in ACCA or CPA (U)
- Dealt with multi-currency grants from major donors
- Proficiency in Power BI, Google Sheets, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

The Role: As a Finance Associate in Uganda, you will lead strategic financial planning and reporting to support our program's growth. You will manage financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to aid decision-making and oversee the financial aspects of Uganda-focused grants. This includes compliance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. - Over 4 years of experience in finance, consulting, or strategic advisory. - Full professional qualification in ACCA or CPA (U). - Experience managing multi-currency grants from major donors. - Proficiency in Power BI, Google Sheets, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
