For our customer teams to run like clockwork and keep our customers at the heart of everything we do, we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team, who can take ownership of handling all inbound postal items with efficiency and speed. This consists of opening, scanning, and directing all items to the right place while upholding strict data protection procedures. 

The ideal candidate has availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, with some flexibility available for start times.

Note: this role is office-based and 10 hours per week, with flexibility dependent on when the post is delivered.

What you'll do

Manage and own processing of all inbound post to our Moneybox office, including opening, scanning, and triaging items for multiple departments Work closely with the Customer Operations, Office, and Cargoworks management teams to ensure this is a smooth and speedy process Ensure data is handled with strict confidentiality and in line with Moneybox security procedures Assist with ad hoc administrative duties where required

Experience and skills

An organised, energetic individual with proven administrative experience (minimum 1 year) Trustworthy and reliable – you’ll be performing tasks that are critical to mitigating risk to our business and customers Able to work independently and flexibly A naturally personable, great communicator who can use initiative and suggest improvements where needed Knows how to have to have fun while maintaining a professional outlook. #LI-CS1
