The Job
The Finance Team is the backbone of Mind Gym, ensuring that the wonderful things we do are translated to accurate financials.
Our network of suppliers, and especially our coaches, are vital to ensuring our clients get the amazing results they expect from working with us, so these relationships are critical to our success. In this role you’ll be working on the front-line of those relationships, fielding queries and, most importantly, making sure they get paid correctly.
You’ll be:
- Managing and responding to queries
- Working closely with colleagues, coaches, suppliers and outsourcers
- Processing invoices and preparing payment runs
- Driving innovation to make sure the team is as effective and efficient as possible
- Ensuring everyone gets their expenses paid on time and costs are allocated accurately
About you
- Head for numbers
- Eye for detail is crucial to make sure everything is accurate the first time
- Energy and passion
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
