- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to analyze and document financial processes and risks.
- Identify, evaluate, and document financial risks and controls across various business units.
- Enhance the understanding of customer flow controls and their impact on financial statements.
- Required: Professional finance qualification (ACA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in managing audit fieldwork, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a fintech environment.

The role entails working as part of our Finance function, you'll be a key player partnering with Product, Engineering and Finance teams to document, review and assess the end to end flows for our products, to address the risks associated with financial reporting. You will assist in the identification, assessment, and documentation of financial risks across various business units. You will also support activities to document, challenge and build an end to end view of our customer flow control environment to illustrate key risks, controls and processes that impact group financial statements.
Job requirements include a professional finance qualification such as the ACA or equivalent with at least 2 years post qualification experience. You should have experience managing audit fieldwork preferably within Financial services. You should be keen to learn and develop your knowledge of how a Fintech and fast growing scale-up operates.
