The Role Checkout.com seeks an experienced Chief of Staff to support the Founder. This role focuses on driving execution and fostering collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a chief of staff, Strategy manager, or operations manager. Our office culture emphasizes driving company success with a low-ego, high-visibility approach. We are always on display internally and externally and must exemplify company values.
Job Requirements 8+ years of successful leadership experience, ideally as a chief of staff, business manager, or operations manager. Excellent project management skills with experience driving complex projects to completion. Experience leading and implementing change, horizon scanning, and organizational design. Highly organized, proactive, efficient, and able to solve complex problems. Critical thinker with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for decision-making. Driven, able to switch contexts without losing focus, and skilled at translating complex information into executive-level updates.
