Role Summary:Lead the design process from user research to prototyping and testing of social innovations.Utilize deep experience in conducting research and capturing data to inform design decisions.Employ your knowledge in the early years system/services and engage with economically disadvantaged demographics.

Role Requirements:Expertise in a design discipline such as service design, UX design, or product design.Proven track record of working on impactful design projects that cater to end users and stakeholders.Proficiency in managing client engagement, user research, prototyping, and testing.Ability to lead diverse groups through the design process.

Application Process Details:Submit your application by 8:00 a.m. on September 16th, 2024.Attend Round 1 Interviews during the week commencing September 30th, 2024.Participate in Round 2 Interviews, which include a portfolio presentation, in the week commencing October 7th, 2024.

The role We are looking for a designer who can confidently work across the entire design process—in particular, someone who has deep experience conducting user research and capturing data to shape recommendations, as well as prototyping and testing social innovations. Any experience relating to the early years system/services and working sensitively with economically disadvantaged parents to understand their motivations/pain points would be a bonus.

Job requirements Experience in a design discipline, such as service design, user experience design, product design, etc. Experience working on multiple design projects that have met the needs of end users and stakeholders. Ideally working across the end-to-end journey of a service that involves multiple channels and touchpoints. Experience undertaking a range of activities from client engagement to user research, prototyping and testing. Experience in guiding diverse groups on-designers through a design process.
