- Oversee the creation of datasets and design of dashboard and reporting solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support all business teams and departments.
- Work closely with the Senior Data Analyst in the Back Office Systems Department.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Proficiency in BI platforms like Power BI, Superset, and Metabase.
- Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
- Experience in data modeling with SQL and NoSQL.
- Documentation and project management expertise.
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
- Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Role open exclusively to Kenyan citizens or permanent residents.

The Role You'll oversee the creation of datasets, design dashboard and reporting solutions and supports additional statistical analysis for the entire organization cutting across all of Tupande’s business teams and departments to get access to and actionable data to inform decisions. You'll report to the Senior Data Analyst in the Back Office Systems Department.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Understanding of BI platforms such as Power BI; Superset, Metabase SQL and Python Programming Data Modeling: SQL and NoSQL data skills Documentation and Project Management skills 2+ years of Data Analysis Experience Stakeholder management skills Fluency in English required
